The history of the company starts on February 1st 1985, when on the basis of the motor transportation enterprise "OrenburgGasGeoPhizika" was established "Kazakhgasprom" SE of technological transport workshop (TTWS). The main objective of the workshop was to meet the needs of developers of Karachaganak field in the services of special and tractor equipment, freight and passenger vehicles. In August 1997 the Enterprise was reorganized in "Aksaiautotrans" JSC. Despite a number of organizational changes in the structure of the Enterprise, repeated changes in status, the goals of the Enterprise remain unchanged, the volume of work performed by it steadily grows, the material and technical base is strengthened, the skill and qualification of personnel grow, and most importantly, the credo of the enterprise remains unchanged: "Quality customer service".

"Aksaiautotrans" JSC is located in the West Kazakhstan Region, Burlinski district, Aksai, North industrial zone 39H, is a specialized enterprise with diverse types of services such as:
- Transportation of passengers by cars, minibuses, buses, including cross-country buses;
- The provision of services in motor vehicles for special purposes, such as:
- Tank trucks for transportation of industrial and drinking water,
- Tank trucks for the carriage of corrosive liquids
- Vacuum trucks

- Provide services of road construction equipment – graders, loaders, communal road vehicles.

The Enterprise has operational bases in Aksai, and on border of the Karachaganak field.
Operational base in Aksai is designed for operation with 600 units of vehicles, Equipped with all necessary workshops and equipment to provide repair, maintenance, fueling, washing and parking vehicles.
The hotel complex is located in the city center.
